Salon Policies

Our independent stylists & aesthetic artists may have different policies in place. For any questions regarding your stylist’s/artist’s policies, please contact them via Instagram.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card to secure all reservations. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through my trusted booking software. Per our policy, we require 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that we are in that 48-hour window of your reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. No-shows are included under this policy.

RE-DO POLICY

In the event that you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, there is a 7-day time frame to let us know of any color corrections, free of charge. Any concerns brought to our attention after the 7-day time frame will be subjected to a fee for any corrections.

NO KIDS POLICY

We understand it can be hard to find childcare, but we kindly ask you not to bring any kids into the salon. While this policy ensures that all of our guests enjoy the relaxing experience we strive to provide, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not childproof and sharp instruments, chemicals and a busy work area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children

SALON ETIQUETTE POLICY

Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
